This sound is dedicated to a goddess of volcano “PELE”
Made this song for the exhibition of Kaori Ito’s wonderful photography. (2014.2/4-6@Obihiro, Hokkaido) Made at the studio with a dancer dancing identified with PELE.
PELE was so alike human that she fired someone by jealousy or anger but in the other side, she do have the power to create new mother earth. Everyone in Hawaii never dislike her, she is always loved by people. I thought about the relation between contraries, two contrary power bring forth New Energy of creation. Do I have? I do have sadness, sorrows and anger and in the other hand, I do have the energy to bring another happiness and joy. Both sides Now, I think I was here for long time. I’ve being looking for myself. I was I for long time, I was I.

ハワイの火山の女神”ペレ”によせて。
写真家、伊藤華織さんの作品のために2曲製作しました。
もうひとつのタイトルは”記憶をたどる旅”というものです。
どちらも、自分をめぐる旅を想像しました。相反するふたつのチカラを持つペレ。
怒りや嫉妬、憎悪で人や街を焼き尽くしてしまう。けれど、同時に愛を持ってすばらしい大地を創造するチカラがあります。相反するふたつの感情によるチカラで生み出される新しい大地や草木、そのすべてを受け入れるハワイの人々。
ずっと前からここにいた、そしてこれからもここにいる。
人間味のある女神さまペレへ、愛を込めて。
